Designer César Santiago created a downloadable template for the design, with files for easy personalization in Photoshop or Adobe InDesign. Just pop in your Twitter avatar and username to create a stack of printable notes.

The design is made to resemble the way an individual tweet is displayed using Twitter's web interface; luckily you won't have to keep these notes to just 140 characters!
